Anyway, I'm posting this post, because it's hard to take all of the advice I've gotten from the internet for granted. So I thought I would just put a few of my thoughts on it. Also, I know that a lot of guys have heard these same thoughts, but I think that they need to hear it from a guy who cares, who has actually tried it out, and who is actually willing to let it guide his own progress. Thats something this forum has lacked so far, and I think that it's really helping people realize they don't need to take it to the extreme level.
